Aurore Cupers, Project Coordinator
  • Aurore joined the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) in May 2017 as Project Coordinator for the EU Office.
  • Aurore loves travelling and she has had various international experiences before joining CISL. She spent the last three years working as an executive assistant and interpreter for a renowned culinary school in Italy. She holds a degree in Germanic Languages and one in Multilingual Communication.
Jill Duggan, Director, The Prince of Wales’s Corporate Leaders Group
  • Jill Duggan is Directory of Policy at the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL). The policy team runs a number of collaborative business, policy and climate change initiatives including providing secretariat for the CLG and EU and Pacific Alliance Green Growth Platforms.
  • Jill has been a Senior Associate of CISL for two years and brings with her extensive experience of international climate and energy policy from both government and industry perspectives. Jill has been deeply involved in the development of climate policy in the UK and Europe as well as working extensively in the United States and Canada.
  • She was previously Director of Policy for Doosan Babcock before running her own consultancy, Carbon Policy Associates. Jill has been a board member for a diverse range of organisations – from the European Power Plant Suppliers Association to Sandbag, a global climate think tank. She has experienced the climate and energy arena from a variety of perspectives and has a broad understanding of the opportunities and obstacles that face business and policymakers.
Tamara Inkster-Draper, Project Manager
  • Tamara joined the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) in August 2014 in the Business Platforms team. Her work primarily supports the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership’s international initiatives including The Prince of Wales’s Corporate Leaders Group and its Climate Communiqués, and the Corporate Leaders Network for Climate Action.
  • Prior to joining CISL, Tamara worked at the Australian Government Department of Agriculture on Climate Change Mitigation Policy, and International Trade and Market Access. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Zoology from James Cook University, Australia and is currently completing a PhD investigating the impacts of climate change on tropical biodiversity.
Serena Liuni, Project Co-ordinator
  • Serena gained broad international experience both in the public and private sector working as a project officer for interdisciplinary European projects within multicultural teams, focusing on the implementation of EU regional policies, Structural Funds management, institutional and capacity building, local, rural and sustainable development.
  • Serena worked for the DG AGRI (EC) European Network for Rural Development in Brussels, and as a research assistant for the Evaluation Unit of the Ministry of Economic Development in Rome. She holds an MPhil in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge, and a postgraduate specialisation in local development projects evaluation from the Economics and Finance Ministry School in Rome. Serena is an Italian native speaker, proficient in English and French, and currently learning Spanish.
Annabelle Roblin, Project Co-ordinator
  • Annabelle has experience in climate advocacy with responsibilities in project and event management, communications, policy evaluation and consultancy.
  • Before joining CISL, Annabelle worked for ICLEI – Local Governments for Sustainability, where her experience included supporting events at COP21. Prior to this she completed an internship for the Loire-Anjou-Touraine Regional Natural Park in France where she evaluated its climate policy.
  • Annabelle holds an MA in Sustainable Development and a BA in Politics and International Relations.
Eliot Whittington, Deputy Director, The Prince of Wales’s Corporate Leaders Group
  • Eliot leads a body of work to support business and policy action on climate change. He is the Deputy Director of The Prince of Wales’s Corporate Leaders Group – which brings together businesses to work towards a step change in policy and action on climate change.
  • Eliot has over 15 years’ experience in working to unlock systemic change, including providing policy analysis around climate action for Save the Children and Christian Aid, leading Christian Aid’s UK lobbying work with parliamentarians and political parties, and working on mobilising grassroots campaigning in locations from Addis Ababa to Birmingham.
