Climate experts’ report must spur urgent action, say CLG business leaders

27 September 2013 – Business leaders from across the EU are urging immediate action from governments, businesses and society to reduce carbon emissions and increase resilience in response to the first part of the 5th report from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), released today.
