12 June 2018 – Ahead of the EU Talanoa Dialogue, Members of the Prince of Wales’s Corporate Leaders Group, provide input for a discussion, to promote bold and ambitious action that enables the EU to live up to the promises made in the Paris Agreement on climate change.
A letter from the Director of the CLG, Eliot Whittington, on behalf of the Prince of Wales’s Corporate Leaders Group calls on EU Council members to:
- reaffirm their commitment to the successful implementation of the Paris Agreement
- ensure that EU climate and energy measures are strong, ambitious, and Paris compatible
- develop a comprehensive and ambitious long-term, net-zero carbon climate plan for their countries
