14 March 2018 – On Monday 05 March, 14 Environment Ministers forming the Green Growth Group published a statement on the importance of mainstreaming climate in the future EU budget after 2020 (the Multiannual Financial Framework - MFF).
A letter was then sent by the Corporate Leaders Group to EU Heads of State or Government on 6 March, asking them to ensure that the next EU budget post-2020 is aligned with Europe’s climate goals as expressed in the Paris Agreement
