20 April 2022 - InfluenceMap has recently launched an interactive platform tracking influencing efforts of companies and industry associations on key files within the EU Green Deal’s landmark initiative of the ‘Fit for 55’ package. The Corporate Leaders Groups were awarded an “A” ranking for their ongoing policy engagement for climate action, topping the industrial association list.

18 November 2020 – Prime Minister Boris Johnson released details of his Ten Point Plan for a UK green recovery yesterday evening. The roadmap towards decarbonisation of the economy and regeneration of nature comes one year before the UK hosts the COP26 climate summit.

More than 200 business leaders and investors urge EU heads of state to set higher 2030 emissions reduction targets

15 September 2020 - As the European Commission sits down to discuss proposals for a new 2030 emissions target in time for the State of the Union address tomorrow (Wednesday Sept 16), more than 170 European businesses, investors and business networks, including Microsoft, IKEA, Deutsche Bank, Unilever, H&M, Google, EDF, Signify and Apple are calling on EU leaders to back the ambition set out in the European Green Deal and reduce greenhouse gas emissions by at least 55 per cent by 2030.
